Wiki: Sharing information

When you choose the Wiki view in a community, you'll see all the community's wiki pages. These pages are documents that are created directly in OpenText Social Workplace. They can be viewed by everybody in the community. Using web browsers, people can also update them and create new pages.

The most recent version of each page is listed.

To view a wiki page, open it.

You can also use the context menu to:

• manually remove the red dot from an unread page - choose Mark As Read
• manually put the red dot back on a read page - choose Mark As Unread
• see a list of all page versions and any comments that have been posted about them - choose Show Thread
• comment on the page - choose Reply
• add the page to your flagged items list to monitor it for changes - choose Flag
• see the profile of the person who created this version of the page - choose Show Author
• delete a page version that you created - choose Delete.
