To view a document, open it. If the document has attachments, you can view them just like you view message attachments.

If a document has attachments, you'll see a paperclip icon in the list. To see a list of the attachments, choose Show Attachments from the menu.
To view an uploaded file, open it. The file's contents will be displayed if your device supports this file type.

To upload a file, choose Upload File from an open container's options menu and browse for/record the file.
A voice message is a FirstClass message with a voice file attached to it. To play a voice message, choose Show Attachments from the menu to see the voice file. Open that file to play it.
A fax is a FirstClass message with fax pages attached to it. You can view the list of fax pages just like you view message attachments. You can reply to and forward a fax message just as you do any other message.
To follow a link, touch it. Your device only supports links to web pages and objects on your own FirstClass server. It doesn't support links to objects on other FirstClass servers.
To see the profile of the person who created the link, if they have an OpenText Social Workplace profile, choose Show Author from the context menu.
